✧ we allow one change or cancellation of your appointment time, as long as you make the changes in your account on our website at least 24 hours in advance.  If you fail to do so, we will deduct the cost of that missed appointment from your account.

In case of 1) being more than 15 minutes late, 2) failing to show up without notice, or 3) changing or canceling your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, the service will automatically be canceled, and you will be charged for that missed appointment.
✧ Please note that our beauty treatments require a certain amount of time to complete. If you arrive late for your appointment, the service time will be reduced proportionately, and the completion level will be affected accordingly.

In no case, the Customer may transfer the treatment to others or share it with others. Unless a written consent of the Company is granted, the Customer shall not transfer the rights and responsibilities hereunder to others.
